Philadelphia production company Invictus Films, Inc. announced a new partnership with Commercial Lending Group for the future financing of the
feature film "Sound Of Mind", based on the novel by area writer Jim Waltzer.

Invictus Films' President Alexander Emmert, in announcing the alliance, said "This is a new beginning in bringing more film production to
Philadelphia. We are excited to have a new investment partner on board." Said Scott Kuhn of CLG "We have been looking for good, young producers and
projects, and see this as the beginning of many new, joint ventures".

The film, set in Philadelphia, is slated to begin production in September, 2007.
